The following information is to be read in conjunction with of our terms and conditions and privacy policy.

About our books
We don’t carry an inventory of books on our premises. We are a specialist publishing company that prints on demand, utilising the latest technologies to produce books of high trade quality. Our books are effectively available 100% all the time, unless an author chooses to withdraw a book from sale. When you place an order for a book, we immediately initiate a third party printing service to produce that book and deliver it to you.

Online Payments
At the time items are ordered from our website, full payment is due prior to despatch.

We use PayPal, a world leading online payment company, as an option to safely process electronic payments. Your payments are protected under their guidelines and provides a fast and efficient way to place your order with confidence. PayPal payment processing is done via their own secure servers. If you don’t have a PayPal account, it is fast and easy to set up and pay during checkout.

Orders are dispatched once PayPal has cleared your payment.

Credit & Debit Card Payment Options: Mijirah & Stripe
When choosing the credit card option for payment, we use industry standard payment gateway “Stripe”, and their payments are processed via the well known checkout system, Mijireh Checkout, which securely handles the collecting and transmitting of the credit card data on our behalf. We do not collect any credit card information on our site.

Payment can be made via cheques, payable to Zaccmedia.
Please send with your cheque your order ID number, if you can find it, together with your customer name, address and telephone number. Your item will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared our bank.

About our publishing packages
Payment for our publishing packages can be made through our bookstore. However, we prefer to be paid by bank transfer or cheque, and this can be arranged by contacting

Our orders aim to be printed and despatched between 2-5 working days from the time you order. It takes slightly longer than normal, as all our books are printed and delivered on demand.

All our titles are currently sent first class regular post, but for some orders we may use tracked postage/courier services, particularly for large orders.

International – USA / Australia
We have access to print stations in UK, USA and Australia. This is especially good news for those living in those countries who will benefit from very reasonable  shipping rates. We can print and deliver from within those countries, meaning local domestic postage and shipping times. No long delays for international deliveries, or expensive postage. Whilst deliveries can be within just a few days, please allow up to 10 days delivery time. Longer delivery times are required for some locations.

International – Rest of the World: We do accept orders from other countries, but please note that orders via standard postage means they can take up to 30-60 days to arrive due to possible slow customs clearances etc, which are out of our control. In many cases, orders arrive much faster, but we have seen delays of these lengths for even orders to mainland Europe.

Due to different distances of countries to the UK, we reserve the right to print and despatch books from any of our print stations, located in UK, USA and Australia, choosing the one that offers most economical postage options.

Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately we don’t offer returns or refunds unless:

  • You receive the book in particularly damaged condition. The printers we use produce books of the highest quality in digital printing and are sent well protected. However, if for any reason you receive a badly damaged copy of the book, or a book that contains printing errors that seriously impairs its use, then please contact us in the first instance, within 7 working days, at Please provide information of the fault, and if possible, a photograph of the damage. We will deal with each case accordingly, and as fairly as possible.
  • The book was delivered to you in error.

Reports of any damages or errors should be made within seven working days, and if necessary we will organise a return.
